Need a way to keep track of employee skill sets and Excel just isn't cutting it? The Human Resources module provides the ability to build, store and maintain a profile of skills (courses, both elective and required) by employee or occupation. If you want to define a set of skills required for a certain occupation, you can set that up and ask the system to find and produce a list of all employees with that occupation that need any of the profile skills or need it refreshed by a certain date. This is great for avoiding surprise deficiencies at the job site. The time to get your employees trained is before you need them at the job site. Want the system to schedule classes for courses and contact and book employee seats? Got that, too. We retain all past skills for an employee so even when an employee changes occupations, payrolls or companies, their skills profile can follow. If you have everything stored in Excel, we have a handy upload process that pulls this information directly into the module. If you want to store a copy of their driver's license, job certifications or course completion certificates, no problem. Just attach the document right to their employee profile for easy retrieval at a later date.
Job transfer requests, performance evaluations and disciplinary reviews are all available in the EVENT Human Resources module. All related documents, such as employee signed documents, can be attached to these features.
