EVENTSOFTWARE INC. is located in Sackville, Nova Scotia and our client base extends from St. John's, Newfoundland to Vancouver, British Columbia, and into the United States.
The name "EVENT" was coined from the fact client reports and queries are as current as the last posting session (or event). Because everything is updated on a real-time basis, there are no month-end updates to run, simply month-end reporting.
When EVENT was initially designed, the developers had two key objectives: keep the software easy to use, and allow the user to do as much as possible from a single entry point. These seemingly contradictory objectives have been elegantly realized in the EVENT modules. All modules are fully (seamlessly) integrated. There are over 35 modules available that allow you to mix and match to suit your particular needs.
The best ideas still come from our clients, and EVENT is appreciated for its time saving features and the efficiencies it brings to the accounting and administrative function of their companies. Integration is the key. Any posting session can be updated to a number of destinations. A single A/P invoice for example, can be expensed to any combination of jobs, equipment codes and GL accounts, even if they belong to different companies.
EVENT is completely scaleable meaning it can grow with your company. It is sold by the user count and the number of modules, meaning small companies can get started without a huge capital investment.
