EVENTSOFTWARE™ Capital Assets takes care of the inventory, repair, depreciation and disposal of Capital Assets.

You can use Capital Assets as a completely stand alone package or as a fully integrated part of the EVENT financial and business management system.

Like all EVENT systems, Capital Assets will handle multiple companies each with many departments or divisions. Assets can be maintained down to specific locations such as individual rooms or vehicles.

A full asset working paper with opening and closing lists, together with acquisition, disposals and depreciation lists provides the means to balance with the accounting system and to be used by the auditors.

Using EVENT accounting modules, Capital Assets will automatically be integrated with General Ledger, Purchasing, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable modules.

Adding the EVENT Equipment Costing module can expand the power of Capital Assets.
